Here we demonstrate Overvoltage And Under Voltage Battery Protection system project for electrical and electronics engineering student. Overvoltage and under voltage protection are crucial for battery health and safety. Overvoltage protection prevents a battery from being overcharged, while under voltage protection stops it from being discharged too far. Both protection systems are typically implemented by a Battery Management System. To build this project, we have used a power AC to DC power supply that will provide DC power to our various components as needed. Here Arduino is used as the main controller where the logical operation programs of this project are done. There is a LCD display where the health condition of the battery and other information about the project is displayed as needed. Above all, two 3.5V batteries have been used here, with overvoltage and under voltage protection provided, which was the main objective of this project.
