The Dry Automatic Screen Printing Machine is an advanced industrial solution designed to streamline the screen printing process.

The Dry Automatic Screen Printing Machine functions by integrating electrical, mechanical, and control components to achieve precision and automation. The system is powered by an SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply), which provides stable DC voltage to all electronic components. A buck converter steps down the voltage as required, ensuring the safe operation of the Arduino Nano, the control unit of the system.When a switch is activated, the Arduino Nano processes the input and controls the motor driver, which in turn drives the gear motor. The gear motor, connected to a pulley system, enables smooth and controlled movement of the screen printing platform. This mechanism ensures precise alignment and pressure during ink transfer onto the substrate.The integrated drying system operates simultaneously, ensuring quick ink curing. The coordination of these components results in consistent, high-quality prints with efficient energy use, making it ideal for automated screen printing applications.
