The Product Size-Based Automatic Product Sorting System with Conveyor Belt is an innovative automated solution designed to efficiently categorize products based on their size.

The Product Size-Based Automatic Product Sorting System operates through a structured sequence of component interactions. An SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) provides stable voltage to the entire system. The main controller, Arduino Nano, manages the sorting logic and sensor data processing.Products are placed on the Conveyor Belt, which is driven by a Gear Motor. A Buck Converter is used to regulate the voltage supplied to the gear motor, allowing precise control over the conveyor speed. As products move along the belt, an Ultrasonic Sensor measures their dimensions in real-time. This data is sent to the Arduino, which determines the appropriate sorting path based on pre-set size criteria.When a product reaches its sorting point, the Servo Motor activates, diverting the item into its designated bin. The system is designed for efficiency, reducing manual labor and improving sorting accuracy in industrial applications.
