Wireless charging of electric vehicles (EVs) is a transformative technology that eliminates the need for physical cables, offering seamless and convenient energy transfer.

The wireless vehicle charging system operates via electromagnetic induction. A Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) converts AC power into a regulated DC, supplying energy to the transmitter coil at the charging station. This coil generates an alternating electromagnetic field when energized.

A receiver coil installed in the vehicle captures this electromagnetic field and converts it into electrical energy through induction. This energy charges the vehicle's battery and Volt Meter Displays Show the voltage . Resonance tuning between the coils ensures efficient power transfer. The system eliminates physical connectors, offering a safe, convenient, and efficient method to charge electric vehicles, supporting sustainable transportation solutions.

Wireless charging is one of the most convenient charging infrastructures in Electric Vehicles. It is expensive, but still attracts a lot of researchers.  Because Electric Vehicles can operate for many hours without stopping for recharging, they will become really autonomous. Perhaps the most exciting aspect is that EVs equipped with wireless charging technology en route can have substantially smaller batteries. As a result, this technology decreases the environmental effect as well as the cost of electric vehicle adoption.
