Product produce, counting, storage system, trak loading system, All is now possible to complete automatically. In this project we develop totally automatic system. We have at the project product pick & place, storage system, truck loading system.

About This Project:

With the advancement of technology, the factories of our country are automatically operated. Product produce, counting, storage system, trak loading system, All is now possible to complete automatically. In this project we develop totally automatic system. We have at the project product pick & place, storage system, truck loading system. Besides, there are more features of our project. Such as storage temperature monitoring system, humidity monitoring system. We built our project in such a way that industrial owners could use it very easily & lowest cost. In the future, the project will be developed more so that it can be used or controlled through the Internet. We have at the project product pick & place, storage system, truck loading system. Besides, there are more features of this project. Such as storage temperature monitoring system, humidity monitoring system. Our developed project totally Arduino based. We used for product counting ultrasonic sensor & storage temperature, humidity showing a LCD Display by a DHT11 Temperature sensor. For trak loading product we used servo motor & DC motor. Beside for product pick & place we used conveyor belt which operated by Arduino & Gear Motor. At first when we run the system conveyor belt is turned on & product counting by ultrasonic sensor. When counting equal 5 then conveyor belt turned off at a same time storage product loading a trak. After loading conveyor belt is turned on again. The screen always showing the temperature & humidity of the storage. The whole process continues automatically.
